Performance Management

1. Log into the instance;
2. Go to Admin Center;
3. Open the Performance Management module admin options;
4. The "Manage Templates" options is available there.

Goals Management

1. Log into the instance;
2. Go to Admin Center;
3. Open the Goals Management module admin options;
4. The "Manage Templates" options is available there.

The "Manage Templates" option is not configurable through RBP for PM and GM modules.

It is not possible to disable only the "Manage templates" option, only the whole PM/GM modules configuration.

For Performance Management, go to the Company Provisioning and disable the option called "Performance appraisal smart form". Once you do that, the PM admin center options will look like this:

NOTE: if you have live PM forms running be aware that disabling the "Performance appraisal smart form" will affect all those forms, causing bugs in all of them.

For Goals Management, go  to the Company Provisioning and disable the option called "Goal Management Suite > Total Goal Management". Once you do that, the GM admin center options will look like this:

NOTE: if you have live Goal Plans running be aware that disabling the "Goal Management Suite > Total Goal Management" will affect all those goal plans, causing bugs in all of them.
