2787546 - "Spreadsheet" or "Text with Tabs" : Export file is wrapped incorrectly.

Symptom

The following popup appears to export ABAP List or ALV List or ALV Grid to a "Spreadsheet" or "Text with Tabs" file, but some lines of the exported file are wrapped incorrectly:

The problem could also happen on the file exported by GUI_DOWNLOAD or OPEN DATASET.
