2787572 - DB6: TSAMP warning during upgrade to Db2 V11

Symptom

Following warning occurs in the DB2 setup log:

Upgrading: TSAMP

WARNING: DBI20105E An error occurred while installing the following file set:
"TSAMP". Because these files were not successfully installed, functionality
that depends on these files might not work as expected.

Post-installation instructions
-------------------------------

Required steps:
DBI20012W The database product installer successfully upgraded the SA MP Base Component. Previous version: "3.2.2.8". New version: "4.1.0.3". However, the license of the new SA MP product is a trial license, not a full license.

The following error will happen when you follow the note:816773 to implement the OEM license for the TSAMP.

#samlicm -i sam41.lic

Unable to verify key file values
Key was not generated
