2787602 - Cannot navigate to LMS from BizX. "Loading...." message displayed

Symptom

When attempting to navigate from BizX to LMS, the user/admin sees the following message on screen. It's not possible to navigate past this screen.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

As a user:

  1. In BizX, from the dropdown menu select Learning.

As an admin:

  1. In BizX, navigate to Admin Center and select Learning Administration

Cause

Configuration issue within the integration settings either in BizX Provisioning or LMS

Resolution

When you run a HTTPWatch trace, you will notice that there is a %20 reference on the line when the message is displayed

The %20 indicates that there is a space after the company id. Once you can identify where this space is, remove it and then the integration should work.
