The current options available when reading DPCSs are not customizable, based on system design. The only aspect that can be changed are the button wordings. This can be done through the Manage Language -> :COMMON_DPCS2_ACCEPT key for Accept button, :COMMON_DPCS2_DECLINE key for Decline Button and :COMMON_Print key for Print Button.
