2787652 - Error: 'The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect' when refreshing reports in SAP BI LaunchPad

Symptom

  • Error when refreshing reports on the server.
  • Reports refresh successfully in Crystal Reports, but fails on the server.
  • Reports migrated from another SAP BusinessObjects BI servers fails to refresh. 
  • When refreshing reports in SAP BI LaunchPad, or in the Central Management Console (CMC), it fails with the error:

"The viewer could not process an event. The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect. []
 ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
