2787750 - Error CP563 cannot be avoided if trying to create BDC program for master recipe/routing creation.

Symptom

When creating master recipe using control key with indicator "External processing" on, got error saying "Control key &: Maintain external processing data".
Message is CP563.
This message cannot be avoided when creating BDC program.
