2787752 - Editing /Updating Pre-Approved Requisition

Fields are not editable in the requisition for an operator even though the operator has write access to the fields in pre-approved status.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting
2. Proxy with the operator who has write access to the fields
3. Open the requisition which you want to edit
4. Fields in the requisition are not editable.

This is expected behavior if the requisition is not with the user with whom you have proxied. Requisition should with the user ( Currently with: user who is editing the requisition).

To edit the field in pre-approved status - the user should have write access to the field and also the requisition should be with that operator only.

Lets say - As per route map ( O-> G-> R) O has write access to the fields.

Now if O has approved the requisition and requisition is with G then O will not be able to edit the fields even though O has write access for the same.

G should route back the requisition to O and then O will be able to edit the same or else G should be given write access to the fields to edit the fields.
