2787812 - How to resolve a Dump containing /SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2

Symptom

In managed systems, many dumps containing "/SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2" are generated.

Function module "/SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2" not found.

What happened?
An attempt was made to call function module "/SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2".
This cannot be found in the library though.
Error in the ABAP Application Program

An attempt was made to execute the CALL FUNCTION statement in program
"SAPMSSY1". The name of the function module to be called is
"/SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2".

No function module can be found named "/SDF/E2E_CCMS_MTE_CURRENT2" however.
All function
modules are listed in the Function Library (SE37).
