2787828 - Tables SWNCCOLLPARAM and SWNCCOLLPATXT empty, resulting in ST03 "No system load data exists" or workload data not updated

Symptom

  • In transaction ST03 / ST03N, you get popup "No system load data exists", or the workload data is not updated anymore.
  • The following ST03 path is empty: Collector and Performance DB -> Workload collector -> Instance Collector/TOTAL Collector -> Control
  • In SE16, tables SWNCCOLLPARAM and/or SWNCCOLLPATXT are empty.
