2787894 - Relay Server status changes when a Relay Server that is part of a server farm is down

Symptom

The overall availability status of a Relay Server is set to either Partial or None when the other Relay Server and a Mobilink server become unavailable.

The overall availability status can switch from Partial to None and vice-versa.

Environment

SAP SQL Anywhere 17
SAP Relay Server 17
SAP Mobilink Server 17
Two Relay Servers
Two Mobilink Servers as backend
