2787910 - Limitation on Number of Rules for Survey Product Classification

You want to create more than 10,000 rules for Survey Product Classification but in the UI  you can see only 10,000 rules.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to Administrator workcenter.
2. Go to Sales and Campaign Settings view.
3. Select 'Define Rules for Survey Product Classification'.
4. Click on Add Row and create upto 10,000 rules.

   You are unable to add more than 10,000 rules in the UI.

On the UI, the maximum rules that can be displayed is 10,000.

Even if there are more than 10000 rules uploaded, only 10,000 rules are displayed on the UI but the underlying decision table still holds all the rules uloaded and the processing uses all the rules maintained.

Whenever the number of rules are more than 10,000,you can use the excel upload / download feature.You can download the excel after uploading the rules to verify if all the rules are still present.
