• All Sections of PM Form are not appearing while clicking on Document ID after drilling down in "Form Status Grouped by Workflow" in standard "Performance Dashboard "
• Quick card for document ID from dashboard lands to incomplete form information.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Home > Reporting > Performance Dashboard > Click on Filter > Select Other in People Scope > Select PM Form Template "Affected one" > Click on Apply Filter 
2. Click on "Form Status Grouped by Workflow" Tile 
3. Click on KRA Evaluation Step 
4. Click on Document ID - XYZ 
5. When PM Form Opens up, it shows only 2 sections (Introduction and Employee Information). It does not fetch KRA Settings Section. 
6. Customer is expecting that Introduction, Employee Information and KRA settings Sections will show when they click on Document ID - XYZ in Drill Down after running the Dashboard

User does not have All roles in KRA's Section Permissions

If we wish to view KRA section in Performance Dashboard. Please enable All Roles, and then select No need permission roles to disable that. Like below:

Note: This workaround just works on the new launched form. For the existed forms, we do not have any other way to resolve that.
