2787939 - NIEHOST_UNKNOWN error when trying to start SAP

The sapstartsrv process for the affected instance is running.

When issuing the start command, SAP does not start. The following error is observed:

-> "XX" is the instance number

When adding the "-debug" argument, the root cause is revealed:
