Symptom

While updating the sales order via webservice you are getting the below error message.

Only list complete transmission (LCTI) allowed for SALES_ORDER-ITEM-ITEM_PRC_AND_TAX_CALCULATION-ITEM - ITEM_PRICE_COMP_LIST_CTI

Environment

Cause

You are using the <ItemPriceComponent> TypeCode as 9PR1. TypeCode 9PR1 is for overwriting Net Pricing Standalone Selling Price but you are trying to upload the sales order which is in Gross Price.

Resolution

TypeCode 9PR1 is for overwriting Net Pricing Standalone Selling Price and Gross Standalone Selling Price cannot be overwritten.
