2788096 - Email notification from SuccessFactors come with other email than my user's

• Schedule Job confirmation email notification, do not come with my user email as sender;
• Email notifications from SuccessFactors have an email address as source that I do not recognize.

Sigle Sender might be enabled on your instance, so emails are sent with that address.

You can check on the Single Sender feature on Manage Email Notifications > Enable Single Sender checkbox.

You can check on the field Single Sender Email if it's same e-mail address that you are receiving the e-mail from, you can decide if that is correct or need to be changed.
