2788130 - Product And Quantity Fields Are Grayed Out Under Products Tab in Sales Quote

You find Product and quantity fields are read only when you try to add new product under products tab in sales quote.

Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote view.
3. Open any sales quote.
4. Go to Products tab.
5. Click on Add button to add new product.
6. Product and quantity fields are read only.

Sell standards products is not scoped under Product and service portfolio scoping element.

Kindly follow the below steps to scope sell standard products:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select First implementation.
4. Click on Edit Project scope.
5. Go to third step Scoping.
6. Expand Sales scoping element.
7. Expand Product and Service Portfolio for Sales.
8. Select Sell Standard Products.
9. Click on Next button.
10. Click on Accept Preselected Answer.
11. Click on Finish button.
