2788186 - Pressing CTRL+S while cursor is at long text field at ME21n / ME22n results a strange charachter instead of saving the document

Symptom

You are creating or editing a Purchase Order (PO) and trying to edit a long text field. You put the cursor (click with the mouse) into a long text field and press CTRL+S key combination on your keyboard (hence trying to save the document) but then instead of saving the document, a special unreadable charachter appears in the text field.
