Symptom

Old candidate hired status is changed

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting 
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Cause

OnStartDateStatusChange job is active and submitted

Resolution

For Live Customer(s)

The OnStartDateStatusChange job is running and the system is using Employee Central. In addition, the mentioned job should be turned off if EC is enabled. To rectify this behavior, please reach out to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support in SAP One Support Launchpad via Support Incident. In addition, follow the template when creating an incident and provide the needed information below.
