2788236 - Unrated Calibration Rating from Misconfigured Calibration Template Rating Sources

• Running Matrix Grid Report/Adhoc Report and an unknown unrated rating takes precedence over the Overall rating generated by PM form
• As the Historical Matrix Placement Portlet or Matrix Grid report in Succession takes the most recent rating for the placement, it shows the user as unrated

1. Run the Matrix Grid Report
2. Notice the user has no placement although sysOverall portlets shows the user has latest rating

• There is a hidden rating (EP as source) due to misconfigured Calibration Template
• Both Performance Forms and Employee Profile are configured as rating sources
• In the Matrix Section of the Calibration template, either X or Y axis comes from the Performance Form and other is Employee Profile

Check the Unrated Rating in the Profile for the Affected User

1. Go to Admin Center > Company Settings
2. Select Company System and Logo Settings
3. Look for the checkbox "Display unrated ratings in the live profile" and check it
4. Go to affected user's profile in the Performance portlet
5. Notice the "Unrated" Performance rating
6. This is the unrated rating generated by the Calibration session because the Form and the Profile are both selected

Solution

1. Modify the Calibration template "Data" tab
2. Uncheck "Performance **Manager view only" under Employee Profile if unecessary in the Calibration session

3. Otherwise fix the data sources in the views tab
4. The first 2 choices in Calibration elements are ratings generated from the PM form
5. 3rd and 4th options are ratings generated from People Profile
6. Users/Admin get confused if the labels from 1st to 4th options are similar/same.
7. Save changes

8. Run the matrix grid report again, covering the dates of the rating the employee is supposed to show
9. Check Historical Matrix Placement portlet to see the user now has the expected placement
