Symptom
A SQL query on an SAP ASE server (eg: ASE1) runs slow due to a sub-optimal access plan generated by the ASE optimizer.
The same query runs fast on a different ASE server (eg: ASE2) where the table contents differ. ASE generates a good access plan on this second server.
Statistics for the table are up-to-date on both ASE servers.
You want to load statistics from the ASE2 to ASE1 to overcome the query performance issue.
