2788273 - Replication Stopped ERROR #9022 DIST -SRS

Symptom

  • Encountered a replication outage with the following error message along with the threads down as following:
      
    Spid Name State Info
    ---- --------------- -------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------
    DIST Down 102 PDS.db 
    SQT Down 102:1 DIST PDS.db
    SQM Down 107:0 RDS.db
        
  • Replication stopped DIST down with ERROR 9022 in errorlog:

    ERROR #9022 DIST(102 FIRM_P1.db_firmprod) - /generic/gtr/tdext.c(1168)
    Cannot deliver a command from PDS.db since no transaction is open.
    DIST for 'PDS.db' is waiting for SQM(s) to flush to outbound queue(s).
    The distributor for 'PDS.db' is shutting down
     
  • Attempts to resume the DIST and SQM are not successful.
