Symptom

  • WebDynpro and WebGUI apps open the backend address instead of the frontend when clicking on embedded links
  • When clicking on embedded links in WebDynpro and WebGUI apps, the subsequent apps are opened on the wrong client and may request logon unexpectedly
  • Navigating through applications such as Data Monitor or Consolidation Monitor route to the backend address instead of the expected address.
  • Posting Manual Journal entry gets Failure - Unable to load groups
  • App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment
  • Could not resolve navigation target
