2788579 - FAGLGA33 "search for receiver" is not available

Symptom

You want to display Actual distribution cycles in transaction FAGLGA33 and use the "Search for Receiver" option under receiver traicing factor tab in a segment. 
The icon "Search for Receiver" is not found if the Receiver Rule in the Segment Header is defined as Fixed Amount.
