2788584 - Product List Assignment using Territory is not working

You have assigned an Account XYZ to two Territories A and B; in the Perfect Store execution for this Account, you are expecting to find the Product List in the Survey that has Territory A because the Visit is created for Territory A. However you find the Products of another Product List B with Territory B but the same Account XYZ.

Prerequisite: a valid Perfect Store scenario; further an Account XYZ, Survey and Product Lists A and B as described in the Symptom section.

1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
2. Open the Visit ABC (ABC stands for the Visit that has Territory A).
3. Click Actions > Perfect Store execution.
4. Find the Survey in the execution and open it.

Result: You find the Products from both Product Lists A and B.

The Product List determination is based on the Sales Area, not on the Territory. Hence the Product List for the Account XYZ but Territory B are also being listed in the Survey.

This is the designed behaviour.
