WalkMe for SAP SuccessFactors HCM is an AI-powered tool that gives users in-app guidance and automates tasks. For more details, visit this SAP Community Blog Post - Accelerating Adoption with WalkMe for SAP SuccessFactors HCM. 

There are two types of WalkMe Content:

  • Customer-Managed Content

    This allows customers/companies to create WalkMe guidance tailored specifically to their employees, using their own policies, processes, and system configurations. This option requires a WalkMe license and at least one connected system.

  • SAP SuccessFactors-Managed Content:

    SAP SuccessFactors provides built-in WalkMe content that's available without a WalkMe license. This content is created and maintained directly by SAP SuccessFactors.

Important Note: Both SAP SuccessFactors-Managed content and Customer-Managed content cannot be enabled at the same time.
