2788979 - Enrollment Request Date behavior

Enrollment Request date currently gets updated only during the enrollment. Even if the enrollment is edited later, the date does not get updated. This behavior is changed from b1905 onwards.

Current 'Request Date':

We edit the existing enrollment today and expect that the 'Request Date' will change as of today. But the date does not change and it retains the previous date 'Nov 02, 2018'.

The behavior is enhanced from b1905 onwards. Now, the 'Request Date' will get updated as per the date on which the enrollment is updated/edited. For example, if the above enrollment is updated on 6th May, 2019, then the 'Request Date' will get updated as following:
