Symptom
When using AdHoc Report to pull the Application Status, the system is not showing the currently status from the application in the pipeline.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Reporting -> Select the report of a specific status
- Check that the information coming from the report it's not matching
Cause
The main reason why the report is not pulling the actual data is due to fact the report was built with App Status Audit Trail domain and the Application Status field within this domain will pull information not only from applications that are currently in the specific status, but from all the other application that passed through the status. Therefore, the App Status Audir Trail is a domain to pull data from the status, for example, how many days the application was placed in a specific status or if the status was skipped.
Resolution
If you would like to build a report to pull current status for each application in a Job Requisition, you should enter data from the Application domain. The Applications Status of the Application domain will pull the actual data from the application profile.
- Go to Reporting, select Recruiting domain
- Select the Columns tab, select Application
- Pick Application Status to pull the correct applications status in the pipeline
