Symptom

  • ERROR: Cannot access adapter instance <adapter name> configured for Job Server <job server name>
  • SuccessFactors odata service
  • Using an odata endpoint that is behind customer firewall that then resolves to SuccessFactors odata URL
  • Using internal B2b odata endpoint that then resolves to external SuccessFactors odata endpoint
  • When using the SuccessFactors endpoint the datastore is able to import metadata as expected.
