2789185 - SAP_COM_0002 Custom field error - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When posting Journal Entries with an API which uses communication scenario SAP_COM_0002 ( for example: Journal Entry by Ledger - Post, Journal Entry - Clearing, Journal Entry - Post , Journal Entry - Change ) it does not saves the information in the template for the customized fields.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Incorrect customizing.

1. Follow the Guidelines for configuring Communication Scenario Finance – Posting Integration (SAP_COM_0002)
2. "WSDL" file has to be used to generate the payload. Ensure the sequence and tag name correct.
3. Press "ALT+V" to do a elementary check.
4. With that, it can be ensured that the file is correct.
