Symptom

  • You migrate inventory balances for warehouse managed storage locations

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and activated the scope item "Third-Party Warehouse Management System Integration (‏1ZQ‏)"

  • Error message M7 491 "Inventory Balance Migration into WM/EWM storage location & is not possible"

SAP S/4HANA <2023:

  • An inbound delivery is created and the posting date is set by the system to the current date.
