2789388 - You Do Not Want Users to Be Checked-in or Checked-Out of a Visit Depending on their Proximity to the Account Address

Currently, your end-users must be located around the Account Address Geocode to be able to Check-in or Check-out of a planned Visit.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Visits workcenter.
  2. Go to the Visit view.
  3. Open ABC (ABC represents the Visit).
  4. Click Actions.

Result: The execution button (Check-out) is not actionable, as you may be located away from the physical location (address) maintained for this Account.

You are considered out of the check-in range.

Your current Business Configuration limits this realm of action when your device is located away from the Address maintained in the Account Master Data.
