2789716 - How to Disable Intelligent Services

How to disable Intelligent Services by customer request or some special reason.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

 It is needed to be disable the setting Enable Intelligent Services on Provisioning -> Company Settings.

Before disabling the setting, make sure that no dependent feature is enabled on the instance as it might cause issues on other features as Onboarding.

We recomment to keep the feature enabled unless there is some requirement to disable it to avoid issues with dependent feature or processes using Intelligent Services.

After disabling, the upgrade will be needed to be done by enabling it on Provisioning as the Upgrade Center likely will fail to upgrade as the feature was already enabled once.

In case you do not have provisioning access, you can request it to be disabled by raising an case to component LOD-SF-PLT.
