2789784 - Number of characters displayed incorreclty in Job Description field - Recruiting Posting

The number of characters is displaying incorrectly in Job Description or Company Description fields when posting a job in Recruiting Posting.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. In Recruiting Posting, click in Post a Job tab
2. Select the desired job board
3. Click in Next
4. Enter data on Company Description or Job Description fields
5. You will see that the number of characters is displayed incorrectly

This happens because the HTML mode is enabled on Recruiting Posting. According to Engineering team the HTML tags are also being considered in the total number of characters.

This is an expected behavior from the system.
