The number of characters is displayed incorrectly in Text fields when posting a job in Recruiting Posting

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

1. In Recruiting Posting, click in "Post a Job" tab
2. Select the desired job board(s)
3. Click on Next
4. Enter any text field
5. You will see that the number of characters is not matching what is seen in the text field.

This behavior is happening because the HTML tags are counted among the characters limit.

This is an expected behavior. On the feed send by Recruiting Posting to job boards, the HTML tags characters will be included in order to have a correct formatting. Those "HTML tags" characters will be counted like any characters in the field character limitation of the job boards.
