2789791 - Performance Form Signature Recall Option shows Reject when it comes to Form Audit Trail

Team Overall Recall feature becomes Reject when it comes to Form Audit Trail.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Create a route map. Make sure that the route map has a collaborative step. For example, Modify Stage: Employee Review (Single Role) -> Manager Review (Single Role) -> Mid-Year Review (C-Step between E and EM) -> Signature Stage: Employee Signature -> Manager Signature -> Completed Step.
2. Launch a test form and route it to a step that is in collaborative (in the sample use case, in Mid-Year Review).
3. Login or proxy as the Manager. Go to Performance tab, and open the form. Then route the form to Signature Step (e.g., Employee Signature).
4. Still logged in or proxied as the Manager, go to Team Overview. Access the form and click “Recall” button.
5. Still logged in or proxied as the Manager, check the Audit Trail of the form. You will notice that the label in the audit shows “reject” instead of “recall” or “Recall”.

If the current step is Signature step and the previous step is a c step in modify stage, then the action is "reject" rather than "Recall" since there are extra operations for a c step to recall the form (e.g. send copies to all c step users).

To change this label "reject" to another one, it can be customized to the desired one in the 3-tier language pack. Use Admin Center -> Manage Languages if you want to change “reject” with “Recall” in the Audit Trail.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Languages. Create a Custom Language Pack depending on the language you want to target (example, English US [English US]).
2. Open the CSV file.
3. If you want to change "reject" label use it is corresponding message key recall mentioned below:

4. After doing the above steps, go back to Admin Center -> Manage Languages and upload or import the CSV file containing the correct labels.
