How to make furnishing end date mandatory in end dated payments?

Employee Central - End dated payments

1. Add an end dated payment pay component
2. Do not enter any end date and save
3. We can save without end date

• We can create an onSave rule to address such requirement which checks for a paycomponent and then checks if end date is provided or not.
• If end date is empty then throw 'error' type custom messages and remind end users to fill end date.

 

Create a similar rule  as below with relevant base object. Here pay component recurring base object:
