2789993 - Runtime Library Manager logon fails after SPS Upgrade on SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

  • After an SP upgrade of SAP Solution Manager when you try to logon to the the RTL Manager the error: "The Request Failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
  • In the SLG1 logs you can see the error:  'Error while executing BADI IF_AGS_SMT_TCE_STEP_PARAM_UI~PROCESS_ACTION: RTL Manager opening failed int client-side dot net code'
  • The foillowing roles have been assigned:
  • SAP_BC_DWB_ABAPDEVELOPER
  • SAP_SM_EXTERN_WS
  • SAP_SOL_TC_COMP
