2790278 - Team Overview - Hide/ Remove "Feedback from Others" column - Performance Management

As we are not using the "Ask for Feedback" functionality, we want to remove the "Feedback from Others" column displayed on Team Overview.

1. Proxy as Manager.
2. In Team Overview, the "Feedback from Others" column is displayed.

To totally hide/ remove the "Feedback from Others" column from the Team Overview page, the option "Disable Ask for Feedback functionality" should be checked from Admin Center > Form Template Settings. This switch is dynamic and will apply to live forms.
