While completing an upgrade in Software Update Manager (SUM), the following error is encountered:

An error occured during the execution of Wait for Java Start of action execute.
Service com.sap.sdt.j2ee.services.servicesimpl.EngineControllerService failed with the following message:

java.lang.RuntimeException: The instance cannot be started in: 7200 seconds.
