Symptom

You are trying to print a sales receipt however the receipt is not printed and in the log files the following error is shown:

FATAL com.sap.scco.ap.pos.printer.PrintQueue - Error during the print.
com.sap.scco.hl.JposRuntimeException: "data" parameter is illegal.
