2790414 - Position Workflow not triggered when using "Initiator Position" as a Position Relationship

Symptom

  • Under the Workflow Participant types, Position Relationship can be used to route Workflow requests to participants under selected position hierarchy.
  • In the workflow configured set to trigger upon a Position Object, when using "Approver Type=Position Relationship" and "Relationship to Approver=Initiator Position", no Workflow gets triggered.
