2790623 - Onchange rule is triggering on a field when the parent field is changed

Onchange rule is triggered on a child field even when the field is not being changed.

The field that is associated to the triggered rule is a child field and the user is changing the parent field.

This is an expected behavior because there is a link between the parent and the child fields, when the parent field is being updated so are the values in the child field. It is expected that onChange rules for both the parent and the child will trigger when a user updates the parent field.
