Symptom

There is no direct mapping for worker order fields. How to access work order fields?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  • Go to Manage Document Template Mapping
  • Attempt to direct map a work order field
  • There is no option for Work Order

Cause

Configuration -There is no direct mapping for work order, however the work order fields can be accessed via employment details

Resolution

Work Order can be accessed through Employment Details

Select the Base Object as "Employment Details" and in the Target field you can access Work Order and its related fields.
