2790867 - SAP upgrade reports -204 on Db2 table SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_TABLE

Symptom

During upgrade phase PREP_INPUT/DBQUERY_PRE SAPup reports the following -204 error in log file DB2GRASH.LOG:

DB2 Call 'SQLExecDirectW' Error: conHdl = 00 SQLCODE = -204 : [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_TABLE IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
DB2Trc: GRANT SELECT ON TABLE SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_TABLE TO SAPSID;
DbSl Execute returned with rc = 103: 
meaning: table/view doesn't exist. 
[IBM][CLI Driver][DB2] SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_TABLE IS AN UNDEFINED NAME
ERROR: GRANT statement "GRANT SELECT ON TABLE SYSIBM.DSN_PROFILE_TABLE TO SAPSID" failed (-1)
COMMIT WORK successfully executed .
Disconnecting from database
DB2RADM EXITCODE: 12
db2radm finished (0012)
