2790934 - How to change enrolled option for Benefit with Dependency

When edit enrolled option for Benefit with Dependency system trigger error: Benefit dependency issue. There is an ongoing enrollment for benefit. Hence, you are not allowed to change the "Enrolling For" field.

1. Go to Employee Profile
2. Edit Benefit enrollment
3. Save
4. System trigger error: Benefit dependency issue. There is an ongoing enrollment for benefit. Hence, you are not allowed to change the "Enrolling For" field. 

Dependency condition is created between Benefit and benefit contributions are dependent on the 'Enrollment for' values and it is not allowed to change the 'Enrollment for' without opting out from benefit.and hence the behavior is expected.

1. Opt out of Benefit enrollment
2. Change the Enrollment for from Benefit
3. Re-enroll employee into benefit
