In some rare cases, HI Union requests insurance premium rate with 4 decimals like 19.8225/1000. In our standard system, 1000 times amount of insurance premium rate is maintained in table T5JSR, but only 3 decimals can be maintained in table T5JSR. So when insurance premium rate is 19.8225/1000, only 19.822 can be maintained in V_T5JSR.
