2791404 - Managing Job Postings functionality - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

This functionality has been added on our b1902 release (development task number RP-4203). This will allow the status of external job postings to be displayed on the posting page of a Job Requisition. With this functionality, Recruiters no longer need to click on “Post and Manage jobs” to visualize the status of their job posting on the different job boards.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting - All versions since b1902

Resolution

To have this functionality enabled, please check the information below:

Please, have in mind this additional functionality setup requires partner engagement. Most of the steps mentioned below are not accessible from a non-partner perspective.

Prerequisites

Users must have the Recruiting Posting Permission to create a job posting from a job requisition.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM Recruiting Job Requisitions.
  2. Hover over the title of the job requisition and select Job Postings from the pop-up menu.
  3. Select Post and Manage Jobs.
In the Status column you can view the status of the job posting. You can also view statistics like the number of clicks and total job posting cost from this page.
  4. Select Add job board to add a new board to the job posting.
Content from the existing posting populates the common fields. Fill in the specific fields for the new job board to complete the posting to the new job board. If you make any changes to the common fields, those changes will only appear on the newly added job boards.
  5. To repost an expired job, select the job then click Actions Repost
This reposts the job with the existing posting data on the job board. This action consumes one job board credit.
  6. To edit the common and specific fields, select Actions Edit job posting. Please note that by editing a job posting, all job boards for this posting will be updated. For some job boards it could lead to the consumption of a job board credit.
  7. To remove a job board from a job posting, select the menu icon to the left of the job board, then click Delete.
  8. To remove all job boards from a posting, choose Actions Unpublish job posting.
