2791413 - Application Error when opening a Position in the Position Org Chart

Symptom

When entering the Position Org Chart and searching for any Position, an application error occurs;

"An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorlD=b57922b6-4824-4075-be35-f931369f4745, timestamp=2019-05-10T07:53:31.378+0200, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Admin Centre, select 'Company Info'
  2. Select 'Position Org Chart' > Select any Position > Application Error occurs 

Cause

This error is occurring as the object 'PositionRequisitionProcessingRequest' is inactive in 'Configure Object Definitions'

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue, you need to set the 'PositionRequisitionProcessingRequest' object as 'Active', and then run an 'MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC' job in Provisioning

To set 'PositionRequisitionProcessingRequest' to Active:

  1. In Admin Centre, go to 'Configure Object Definition' > Search for the Object 'PositionRequisitionProcessingRequest'
  2. Select 'Take Action > Make Correction' > Set the 'Status' field to 'Active' > Save
