2791432 - PI File Adapter is not handling special characters

You are using Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) File Adapter Sender Channel to poll some files and during the message processing you notice that some special character like Ñ are not being handled correctly.

E.g.: The file polled by the Sender Channel contains the word AÑANA, however it it is replaced with AÃ❏ANA. The same is visible in the Message Monitor when checking the payload of the message.
