2791467 - Error and dump by the Approve Leave Request (V3) app from My Inbox

When manager uses the Approve Leave Request app (Version 3/Fiori 2.0) from the My Inbox app, manager gets error.

"Cannot process task. For more information, see the details"
"RFC call was not successful because of the system failure
'An exception has occured that was not caught.'."

"You are not a receiver of the workitem"
